Some Highlights from the Apostolic Team’s Visit to India
Bugs everywhere, in my eyes, my mouth, in my hair, down my shirt but I have to keep on preaching. It’s hot, I’m sweaty, but God is healing people all through the crowd.
We’re holding three nights of open air Healing Crusades at Guttikonda, two and a half hours drive from Vijayawada, where we’re based.
About 280 of the 300 attending indicated that they were sick or in pain. I was shocked at the number! I prayed for them then Andrew, Camille and Jack went through the crowd laying their hands on the people praying again. The next night many of them testified they had been healed! Here are some examples;
- Thirty years of severe pain when walking or sitting... completely healed!
- Seven days of high fever went after prayer!
- Ulcerated bowel: healed!
- Unable to walk: healed!
- Migraine: healed!
- Eyesight completely restored!
The next week we drove eight hours to Srikakulum to hold three nights of Healing Crusades. The first night the Holy Spirit came with fire. I had never experienced anything like this in India. Many were healed, as soon as we touched people they fell under the power of God, crashed to the floor and chairs went flying. Demons were shrieking out of others. Holy Ghost chaos!!
The next night the Presence of God came like rain, gentle not the fire of the night before, but still a very heavy obvious presence.
During the day we drove another two hours to visit Elisha, his wife and two month old son. When we first met them last year, they had been married six years and unable to have children. This was a cause for great shame; people mocked them. We prayed for them and within one month they were pregnant! God is so good.
